Hi! I'm Dayna! Proud CoHost of UnBadding. I've been podcasting since 2019 on two world wide chart hitting comedy podcasts. Although, I LOVE to lean into comedy (Lets be honest, it's my crutch), I am so happy to be a part of a show that digs a little deeper, brings people together, leads with love, and allows us to be authentically us. This journey with UnBadding has been healing and eye opening. I like to think of it as where mental health, spirituality, and all of my past mistakes collide! I am an empath, healer, degenerate, mother, sister, hero, villain, wife, backstabber, liar, truth teller, and everything in between. We are not one thing. We are many things, and I'm so happy to be UnBadding them all every Thursday. So happy to have you on this journey with us.
We're UnBadding, Baby!
Hi, I’m Jess, your UnBadding coHost.
I am full of passion, intense, and individualistic. I have always been an individual who carved my own path in lieu of following one that was laid out in front of me. Because I struggle with surface level small talk, I love connecting with people on a soul level and wanna dig into the (Impossible) meat and potatoes of life. When I became a wife and mother I realized that I was parenting and wife-ing by default. I was repeating what I saw and experienced growing up, instead of choosing what kind of experiences I wanted to have as woman, wife, and mother. This included the good and the bad. It was from there my personal journey of UnBadding began. Now, I choose to be intentional with how I live my life. I choose to break cycles and interrupt my default responses and reactions. At Unbadding, we have created a space where I can challenge what I thought I knew and establish new ideas and ways of thinking that align with the woman I am today. It’s is a lifelong journey and I am refreshed to be on it along side so many of you!
